🚨 Account audit is performed when you request your reward.
- 📸 Submitting tampered, fabricated or screened receipts will result in an immediate account ban.
- 🖼️ Submitting a photo of a receipt displayed on another screen (e.g., a receipt shown on a phone or computer) will result in an immediate account ban.
- 🧾 Scanning receipts from purchases you did not make is prohibited and will lead to an account ban.
- 📦 Wholesale receipts are not accepted and will be revoked
- 👥 Abusing the referral program by referring inactive or fake accounts will result in an immediate ban.
- 🗓️ You can submit up to 15 successful receipts within a rolling 7-day window. Choose wisely!
- 📅 Receipts must be less than 14 days old.
- ✏️ You have 3 days after a successful submission to request a correction (add or edit an item).
- 💰 Jawaez points do not expire unless you do not log into your account for over 90 days.
- 🔁 Each offer can be redeemed up to 3 times with a single receipt.
- 🤑 You can redeem the same offer up to 6 times per day. Any additional redemptions may be considered abnormal activity and will be rejected.
- 🚫 Jawaez reserves the right to revoke any receipt or terminate any account at its discretion if any rules are violated.
